Shipments made by Gissa Bicalho are made from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm. The delivery time is counted from the confirmation of payment on working days, that is, it does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Exceptionally deliveries can take place on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. After payment confirmation, the deadline for issuing the invoice is up to 5 working days. It is essential that, at the requested address, have a person authorized by the buyer (a), over 18 years old, and carrying an identification document to receive the goods and sign the protocol.
After completing the order, it is not possible to change the delivery method, request an advance or priority. All delivery times take into account the stock, the region, the invoice issuing process and the product preparation time. With each update to the order status, our system automatically sends alert emails. Therefore, it is important to keep your email updated in the register.
Situations where delay in delivery may occur:
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the carrier’s Distribution Center, we will contact you for a new delivery attempt.
After completing the order, it is not possible to change the delivery address. If you have provided the wrong address, contact the customer service department and request the change.
If you have provided an incomplete address, contact the customer service department and report the missing data.
It will only be possible to add additional information such as block, floor, reference point. It is not allowed to change the street name or the building / house number, for example.
Natural and adverse factors: heavy rains, accidents or strikes in the region where the product should be delivered make it impossible for the carrier to arrive.
In case of absence of the recipient, the carriers are not committed to making delivery attempts.
Delivery can only be made to a person over the age of 18 who presents an identification document.
The carrier is prohibited from:
Entering the home;
Deliver by alternative means (example: hoisting product by window);
Perform installation or maintenance of products;
Open the product packaging;
Deliver to an address different from the one listed in DANFE;
Deliver to minors or without identification document
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Attention: Emails are answered within 48 working hours. Wait for our response before sending your exchange / return!
In the email, the product return address and other necessary information will be sent.
You can request a return of your product within 7 calendar days after receipt. The product must be returned via the Post Office and must present the following aspects: it must not show signs of use or alteration, it must be returned in original packaging, it must contain all the props in which it was sent to you (boxes, tags, tissue paper and etc. ) and must be accompanied by the invoice.
We do not return orders after the customer has made the exchange, even if it was for a different product. The Law of Repentance is not applied in this case, since the customer no longer exercises the right of return at the first moment of receiving the goods.
It is advisable that you review the product as soon as it arrives for you! Don’t miss the 7-day deadline! But don’t use it in everyday situations! For product exchange, it must not have been used!
If the product does not meet the above, it will be returned to the original address.
Shipping time of the product after receiving the posting authorization: 7 calendar days. No further authorization is generated after the deadline.
The refund is made using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.
You can request an exchange within 7 calendar days of receipt. You can make the exchange as follows: discount coupon to use on another purchase, exchange for the same product and exchange for a product with a different value (if it has a difference value it will be discounted or returned).
