Shipping & Fees
For shipments outside Brazil, the shipping cost will be calculated once the customer provides the address and will depend on the shipping type and carrier chosen. These costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of free shipping promotions.
International orders are subject to import taxes specific to each country. Payment of these import duties is the customer's responsibility.
Gissa Bicalho shipments occur from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The delivery time is counted from payment confirmation on business days (not including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Exceptionally, deliveries may occur on weekends. After payment confirmation, the deadline for issuing the invoice is up to 5 business days. It is essential that at the requested address, there is an authorized person (over 18 years old and with identification) to receive the merchandise and sign the protocol.
Once an order is finalized, it is not possible to change the delivery method or request priority. Our system sends automatic emails with each status update; therefore, please keep your registration updated.
Delivery delays may occur if:
- The delivery attempt fails (the order will be returned to the Distribution Center, and we will contact you).
- The address provided is incorrect or incomplete (contact customer service immediately).
- Natural and adverse factors (heavy rains, accidents, or strikes in the region) prevent carrier access.
Carrier Commitment:
In case of absence, carriers are not obliged to make immediate new attempts.
The carrier is prohibited from: entering the residence, delivering by alternative means (e.g., hoisting through a window), performing installation, opening packaging, or delivering to minors.
