Acceptance of these Terms is confirmed by the act of User registration (free of charge) or the use of services offered by Gissa Bicalho on its Platform. Registration, browsing, and use of the services imply immediate consent to these Terms and their content. Refusal of the Terms will prevent the User from placing orders, requesting quotes, and purchasing products through the Virtual Platform. Registration as a User and/or use of the Platform is prohibited for any person legally incapacitated or who does not fully accept these Terms.

This document describes the terms and conditions applicable to the User's access to the Platform and all available Services (website, mobile devices, email, or telephone). Gissa Bicalho reserves the right to make changes/updates to the Terms at any time, without prior notice. Access to the Platform after the change implies agreement with the current Terms of Use. If the User does not agree, they must cancel their account and cease using the services. In the absence of a manifestation, it will be understood that the User tacitly accepted the Terms. We recommend frequent review of this document.

1. Payment Methods
1.1. Credit Card
1.1.1. The Customer may use 1 (one) or 2 (two) credit cards issued in Brazil in their name (cardholder or dependent), from the following brands: Visa®, Mastercard®, Elo, Hiper, Diners, and American Express®.

1.1.2. The order acceptance period is up to 48 hours after payment approval by the bank.

1.2. Bank Slip
1.2.1. The bank slip expires in 1 (one) business day and payment must be made in full, in a single installment.

1.2.2. Confirmation of receipt will occur within 2 (two) business days after payment.

1.2.3. If the bank slip payment is made by check, the clearing period will be up to 5 business days.

1.2.4. The order will proceed to the shipping flow after payment confirmation.

1.2.5. The order will be automatically canceled in case of non-payment or payment of a different amount.

2. Purchase Order
2.1. Gissa Bicalho provides a descriptive page for each product, with information on characteristics, composition, stock availability, and payment conditions.

2.2. In the cart, the Customer can view the product, quantity, value, and calculate shipping before finalizing the purchase.

2.3. We will immediately send an email indicating the purchase number, products, values, shipping, and estimated delivery time.

2.4. After the purchase is finalized, for security reasons, we will not accept changes to the payment method, products, quantities, or delivery address.

2.5. To change payment for purchases via bank slip, simply do not make the payment (the bank slip will be canceled) and redo the purchase with the new method.

2.6. The delivery time is an estimate that considers stock, quantity, and distance from the distribution center.
