1. RETURNS
You can request a return within 7 calendar days of receipt. The product must be returned via postal service and must: show no signs of use or alteration, be in its original packaging, contain all accessories sent (boxes, tags, tissue paper, etc.), and be accompanied by the invoice.
We do not accept returns after the customer has already made a previous exchange. The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to subsequent exchanges.

2. EXCHANGES
Exchange requests must also be made within 7 calendar days. You can choose: a discount coupon, exchange for the same product, or exchange for an item of a different value (with adjustment for the difference). The product must meet the same conservation conditions mentioned above (no signs of use).
